Numerous dropouts....going in circles with support...they won't even look at the router logs that I've downloaded which tells them clearly there is problems.....

Thats very unusual to have a full fibre line go down. Ring support and ask them to put you through to the gigafast team. They'll book a city fibre engineer. It could be an issue with your line.
