Hi all,
Can somebody please put me in touch with somebody who wants to do a decent job please?
None of the phone service people help and just keep apologising.
Nobody takes responsibility!!!!
1) We have had no service since 22nd Jan as we moved home.
2) The 4g backup is crap, they are now sending a 3rd router to our old address.
3) I have now had texts saying compensation does not apply to us and are charging us extra for some reason?
4) I am totalling up all the hours I have spent taking to that crappy Tobi thing and on the phone to send a bill to Vodafone on my time wasted.
I have had three days holiday off of work now trying to get a BT engineer out and tried everything to get this piece of ##~## running.
Is there anybody who is going to help??????????????
Your system is ##~## awful and the people you employ.
