Hi everyone,
My broadband connection is faulty for the last 9 days and I'd been promised a new router that was supposed to come on Monday but it hasn't arrived.
I've been resetting the current one many times over the chats with Vodafone, I have the router connected to the socket directly (as I was instructed) but it's still the same - no connection at all. The Internet light keeps flashing red the router is unable to connect to DSL service.
May I know if the router is coming at all and if so, when can I expect it?

For account access issues you'll need to liaise with the Vodafone Broadband Team via Broadband-and-Home-Phone-FAQs call 08080 034 515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week.
Or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
