No gaming on ps4 (gigafast)

Hi all, had gigafast installed weekago... can not play games on ps4 while im connected to router via lan or wifi... tried different ports and leads still the same 😞 all other devices are sound.

have spoke to vodaphone and they have set static ip, still no difference. Ive changed dns still the same. 

(if i connect to hotspot on phone and old broadband it works straight away) so definitely a issue with vodafone.

has anyone portfoward router yet ? Have tried but struggling with a couple of thing’s.

Nothing else vodaphone will do, so if not sorted in next couple of days inwill be cancelling broadband.

Try turning UpnP on

Expert Mode > Settings > Configuration.  I can't see why you would need it for PS4 online gaming, but it maybe certain games the client is hosting and the ports are required to be open (which UPnP will do dynamically has and when required)

Ill go test my PS4 now see if it connects ok.
Edit: Just, loaded up the PS4, dont play it too often, but it downloaded an update to a game fine, and I was able to connect to the game (fall guy) without issue.  Played through a couple of roads all fine.

Just so you aint waiting for my reply, I am using a wired connection to the router (well using homeplugs), Upnp is enabled, I am using the DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 cause the vodafone ones suck donkey balls.  Firewall is turned on, there is no static port  mappings set up for the ps4.
