No internet- Red flashing Light

Changed provider to Vodafone should have gone live today -powers on, WiFi light is on but internet light red and flashing. Tried resetting as suggested on another post but no joy. Need to work from home as work for a bank and need to help customers with mortgage concerns!

I've just switched to voda and am having the same issue are you still having it today or has it resolved?

Hi, i got on the phone at 8am this morning as I still hadn't got internet. Managed to get through - I had to remove the front plate off my telephone socket and put the phone/internet cable directly into the socket - and it worked ! I hope this helps.
