No internet after Full Fibre installed

Someone came to install full fibre today now I have no internet at all. Can you help?

Hi @Shazzarooni 👋 I am sorry you're receiving no internet after installation. Our broadband team will be able to look into this and help get you up and running, they can be reached here or by calling 191 from a Vodafone mobile or 0333 304 0191 from any other phone.

Thank you so much, I was able to get through on the phone this morning and they sorted it!
