No internet

Upgraded from Superfast 2 to Fiber2 today, and no internet all day. Lost work as I work from home and am unable to do so without internet. I've phoned seven times today and have got nowhere, just done many resets/restarts to no avail and advised to wait until midnight when it will miraculously

connect. I have messaged you on Facebook.

Midnight-ish is traditionally the time new services get activated if they're not activated instantly. Phone them in the morning if you still don't have a connection.

Reset the vf router. If that doesn't bring your connection up contact vf via that link I gave above.

What lights are showing on the ONT? 

I've reset router this morning. Power, internet and WiFi lights are solid white. We don't have a landline so unable to test if the phone line is working. We've only upgraded to Fiber2, but when we arranged it, we got emails mentioning disconnection, so wondering if this is linked. 

I'll contact Tobi at 8.
