Is there a way to nominate additional family members to have the ability to contact Vodafone about network issues / other issues and be able to handle the calls and contact from Vodafone, so that this does not all fall on the sole named account holder?
I’m only interested in adding other people within the same household who are present in the home and therefore able to respond actively to resolve issues with Vodafone along with the account holder.

Hi @AlephNull you can add named contacts to your Vodafone account, along with a four-digit security PIN. To do this, please call 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from a different phone.
