Openreach box on building but not offered in flat

There is an openreach box directly outside my flat and cables running to the units above me. The postcode checked shows high speed FTTP available to them but I only have FTTC available to my flat. Is this an issue with how the addresses are registered? The flats are individual street numbers e.g. 33,34,35  rather than 34A,34B,34C, could this be the issue or is it something else? I don't want to sign up to a slower speed if openreach is available but just not classified to my flat.

Your pictures haven't been moderated yet, but try using a broadband comparison site, and see it other suppliers are offering FTTP for your flat. If they are it's likely Vodafones database is wrong,

I like to use MSE's broadband checker.
