I am a Broadband user and having problems when running World of Warcraft. I have tried all the usual things (reloaded Win 10, reset UI, reloaded WoW etc) but none of these worked. I have been in touch with Blizzard and after sending them a WinMTR output they said "Packet loss on the first hop - and higher latency that we like - probably the router, and then the packet loss continues and the latency spikes over 1.5 seconds. It’s your router and your ISP."
I've discovered that turning the router off and back on for a while clears the problem for a while but it comes back later. I have attached the WinMTR output.
Is there anything I can change in the router config or you can do so that I can run the game properly?

Hey @RayB0654
It seems strange that the game seems to work fine for a while prior to resetting the router. How many devices do you have connected to the router at once? Also, do you know if you're running the device off 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
It'd be better for a stable device such as a computer to be ran off a 5GHz connection. You can do this by loading the Vodafone Broadband app > Hitting the WiFi tab > Going to Advanced settings > Go to Split WiFi > 2-channels will show up, one reading 2.4 GHz and another reading 5 GHz, you'll need to select the 5GHz.
Let me know how this goes!
