I used to get 5ms ping to London (from Coventry), now I am being auto connected to Edinburugh and I get 15 ping to there, when I try to speedtest to London or even right next to me in Leicester I am getting pings above 22...I called in and they just said "they added new servers and there's nothing much we can do"...
any help?

We do want to investigate this further with our Support Teams. So that we can do this, we need examples from you.
If you haven't yet contact us through Social Media, please do this when you can and advise you've been referred there from the Community.
Haha that in itself is a joke doesn't matter how many times you reach out to you on social media zero help even if you tell them you have been asked and link back to the forum
This is what I got
"Thanks for clarifying . As you're on the Pro Broadband service, you’ve a dedicated team available to you called our WiFi Xperts. It's not something we can support here over Social Media, but you’ve a few options to get in touch: - Contact them on Live Chat here: http://vodafone.uk/2aDQ1gh - Call 03333 040 191 (free from a Vodafone mobile. From other UK landlines or mobiles standard call charges apply, if not inclusive) - Call the alternative number on 07836 191 191 (free from a Vodafone mobile. From other UK landlines or mobiles standard call charges apply, if not inclusive) - Call 191 free from a Vodafone Mobile Mac"
Feel like a hamster stuck in a wheel closed case FLT11344437 too (third line wifi xpert support) stating they can do nothing about the shocking speeds and service in and evening until the 'upgrade' is installed sick to death of it all, just route me however I was routed prior to August, packet loss and poor evening service only started on the 1st August as if someone flicked a switch for me in evenings.
Had a static ip since day one and never had any cause for complaint on my speeds morning noon and night until now and the support response is well at best unsatisfactory and worst well unprintable!!!
Last nights bqm and they are all like that

I've had the same experience (regarding contacting social media team), I'm somewhat dubious that examples are being collated because of the responses from the social media team

Exactly the same here, just seems like a canned response into an infinite loop

I must say I always get the best response from the twitter team. I have only just raised this issue with them but the replies match what the mods are saying in this thread. They just need enough examples for it to be taken more seriously

That's because the mods are the social media team.

That was pretty much the point I was making 🙂
People saying that there is no point going to the social media team as requested by the Mods on here

I've never tried the twitter route, but going via Facebook was really appalling - Sent a message around 2pm, got the response at 5pm the next day.
Going through chat had me sorted with a static IP within 10 minutes.
If we're talking effectiveness then maybe social media is better, but for responsiveness nothing beats chat for me. But then going the combination of chat, social media and this forum things still aren't getting fixed for the majority of us.

I don't do twtter, but my experience on messenger exactly, and the worse bit is each reply is from someone different, who obviously hadn't read the earlier replies.

My route has certainly changed too (84.65.192.1 states Birmingham when I used to go via Leeds), at the moment no packet loss (usually showing by 4pm) but slightly higher ping will have to monitor it

Well had a complete night without packetloss for the first time in two months!!!
Amazed yet if this is an official fix support never contacted me. Do now have ping spikes it seems in an evening but will monitor it and see how I go nice to have a working connection in an evening for once
