Ping/Latency way higher Gigafast 900

I used to get 5ms ping to London (from Coventry), now I am being auto connected to Edinburugh and I get 15 ping to there, when I try to speedtest to London or even right next to me in Leicester I am getting pings above 22...I called in and they just said "they added new servers and there's nothing much we can do"...

any help?

Latency spikes are normal whenever there's traffic on your connection. What's important is the minimum ping and packet loss.

Yes I am aware of it, just seemed to be spiking more and higher than it ever did prior to this, much rather this than a connection with the hand brake firmly on in an evening.

Over 48hrs in and zero packet loss, think it is a worthwhile trade the 3 or 4 ms on my ping.

Crossed fingers 🤞 it continues.

Hope everyone's pings and packet losses remain good... Just noticed it's a bit quiet here lately! Maybe I'm the only one left with the high ping issue?!

Yep fingers crossed been over week routed via Birmingham and not Leeds or Manchester and connection has been spot on with zero packet loss and speeds as they should be even peak time

Mines still being routed via Edinburgh from Birmingham with very consistent latency that is higher than you would reasonably expect.

Yes I am having the exact same problem as above I live in Coventry and it used to go through Birmingham up until about a month ago and now it goes through Edinburgh. When I play fifa before the change my ping would be 8ms each game . Now when I play the ping is 32ms each game. How do we get them to change it back ?
