I used to get 5ms ping to London (from Coventry), now I am being auto connected to Edinburugh and I get 15 ping to there, when I try to speedtest to London or even right next to me in Leicester I am getting pings above 22...I called in and they just said "they added new servers and there's nothing much we can do"...
any help?

Check all your properties all will now be bad I assume but atleast you can leave penalty free and never need to grace vodafones forums or customer service lines ever again

One thing I don't get. Why are they only upgrading the BNG's to 10gb? That's only enough for 12 users maxed out. Shouldn't it be 100Gb at the very least?
Or why not have multiple BNG's in the same area.
What this thread needs is someone from the infrastructure team to come and post and actually tell us what is going on. Are they really that lazy that they can't be bothered to do this?

What does it matter you tell us everyday vodafone isn't fit for purpose. You supposedly can leave your contract free of charge why haven't you yet run a mile

I speculate the real issue is the people in charge of the network aren't doing their jobs and the non technical people in charge are probably just being fobbed off like we are as customers. Someone senior needs to intervene.
It matters to me because I still haven't received my letter.
I was told I'd get a letter and most of us were told the routing would be fixed 6 months ago.
Can you spot the pattern here?

The only pattern I see is you going on countless posts spouting the same thing yet actually not doing anything about it. Its about time the mods clear this page up and the countless others as this is trolling at its best and its now borderline annoying

How about you try calling them up and getting some answers?

None of this is drivel, it is a genuine problem. I am directing people on other threads here so that we have all of those with routing issues posting in this thread. Thankfully someone did the same for me when I was new.
The more people that post the better. Arguing just weakens our case.
