Pro II Full Fibre 910

Hi,

I'm interested in taking a Pro II Full Fibre 910 broadband plan. I'm disappointed that the backup is only 4G though. 
So my question is: 

is it possible to use my own Vodafone 5G simcard instead of the one they would send me to use as a 5G backup?

Hello, @prodigualson. I hope you're well.

Our SIMs are 5G ready, however, the dongle itself is 4G, meaning it's not compatible with a 5G connection, and so inserting a different SIM wouldn't change the connection type and you'd still get 4G.

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to replace the dongle with a 5G one or is the one you're providing the only one compatible with the VF Ultra router? Thank you

This is something you will need to discuss with the Broadband Team directly @prodigualson They will be able to look into your options with you regarding the dongle.
