Hi

 

We had some problems with our line so I bought a new router, I'm not sure if it is fixed now but it seems a bit better however we have lost a lot of speed from disconnections, we were getting 45mbps and now only getting 35mbps.  Is it possible to do a test on our line to see if anything is wrong and also put us back up to 45mbps?

Hey @Techguy1 I hope you're doing well! If you drop a message to our Social Media team here they can securely access your account and run some tests on your lines. Please ensure that you plug in your Vodafone router for these tests though.
