Static WAN IP

Hi, I'd like to get a static wan ip, my dns provider doesn't support ddns. I see from other chats the way forward is to get a private message with an invite to talk to a administrator?

I tried to use the chatbot but everytime it got to the connect to a person link it crashed.

Could one of the moderators oblige please?

Hi Jayach, I'm afraid all I get from that link is a never (well it seems like it) ending spinning wheel...if I use the chatbot from the my vodafone page I get this response:

Selecting the first gets an explanation but not progress and I'm not on Business Broadband.

Tell the bot (Tobi) to "go away" (be as rude as you wish, it doesn't mind) or just say "speak to a human" and it should put you through.

Hi Jayach, yes it seems that chrome doesn't work too well (for me). Firefox is working and I'm on the chat with them now, thanks
