Does anyone know the number to speak to a UK based customer service advisor? Our wifi is dreadful. Drops out multiple times a day, slow speeds, can't access it in certain rooms etc. Just spoke to someone based in Egypt who did not seem to understand what I was telling him and thought that switching the router off and on again would solve everything. I claim my 15%discount for slow speed but it never seems to be applied to my account!

The easy way to get UK based customer support is to use their social media channels. If you go through the phone route you pretty much have to be on the verge of taking legal action before you get to speak to anyone with an inkling of what they are talking about!
