Vodafone Router Third Party Replacement

Hello

Ive recently got the Vodafone gigafast package after switching from Virgin

The router they supply (THG3000) has poor coverage and gives me 1/3 of the speed over WIFI, the hardwired connection itself is fine. I understand WIFI can never reach the gigfast speed but the constant fluctuations and large speed cuts is not ideal.

Anyway i am looking to replace the router and I would also need to connect my landline aswell 

Does anyone have any suggestions it would be most appreciated?

At the moment that doesn't seem possible, unless you are prepared to pay for a 3rd party VoIP service.

The best solution would be to use a WAP (Wireless access point) or a mesh in AP mode, if the router suits your needs in all other respects.

Edit: :You may be able to use the router you had for Virgin as an AP.
