Vodafone Ultra Router

Why is Vodafone Ultra WiFi 6E Router only available on Pro 2 and why the hell do you need to pay extra for it and it should be on Pro 1 too and should be free as part your contract. It’s a con.

@Anonymous That's commerce for you. If you don't like it look for an alternative.

@Anonymous

Your post makes no sense. There is no Pro I. (anymore)

Vodafone gives two options at different prices.

The choice is yours.

Hi @Jayach

I think that Pro 1 is still an option as I get emailed offers for it. Seems to use the THG3000 router and boosters and mobile backup up. Also this https://www.vodafone.co.uk/cs/groups/configfiles/documents/document/hbb-price-plan-140324.pdf lists the Pro 1 and 2 Options.

More confusion about what Vodafone offer!

There will still be people on Pro I, but it is no longer able to sign up to it.

Myself, I'm apparently on Superfast 2, and that hasn't existed as a joinable option for a long time, it's now called Fibre 2.

But, yes it does get confusing.

Hi @Jayach

Yes it's all confusing as I was just offered upgrade last Fri to Pro 1 Fibre 2, offer ending 23 April (screen shot attached). I am Full Fibre 2 which on my invoice is now called Full Fibre 74.Vodafone Offer.Vodafone Offer.

And, just to round things off, I'm still on Superfast 200.
