Vox 3 with Amplifi mesh

Just got 500Mb gigafast installed with the Vox 3.0 router. I have an amplifi mesh system that simply worked with my old BT router, plugged into a LAN port on the router.

I've tried the same with the VOX and keep getting error messages on the amplifi app, it says the following: IP address - please verify IPv4 configuration. Gateway Address - please verify configuration, DNS Address - Pleas verify configuration, Internet Connection - Please verify Configuration.

The amplifi is set as network type DHCP.

So whilst I am connected, the speeds are only around 80mb. When connected directly to the Vodafone router, speeds are 535Mb. 

How do I configure the amplifi mesh to get the full speeds?

I'm actually surprised that this worked with your old BT system - you've been "double NATting" by the sounds of it!

The ideal is to take the VOX3 router out of the equation all together!  Contact VF to get your username (similar to   dsl0123456789 'at' broadband.vodafone.co.uk) and password (random numbers and letters). and confirm the VLAN tag(s) needed.

Then connect the ethernet cable from the ONT directly to the Amplifi mesh, and set it up as a PPPoE network using your username and password and the VLAN tag (probably 911).
