Hi @ricknuge
From Unblock-a-wifi-device-from-the-network.
"To unblock a device from the Vodafone app you don’t need to do a hard reset on the router the easiest way is to go on your app low right click devices then click offline and there you will see your blocked and offline devices , click the desired device and click unblock "
Or
"The quickest way to remove these devices is to hard reset the router, using the small pinhole in the back; for 60 seconds. This will also deleted any passwords you have set up, so you may need to reset these after "

Hey @BundockN hard resetting your router by pushing a pin or paperclip in the pinhole on the back for at least 60 seconds will remove all blocked devices and reset your passwords. If you'e tried this and your sons device is still blocked, pop us a message via Facebook or Twitter and we'll take a closer look into this for you.

HI, you dont need to be sticking pins in anywhere ..
access your router via a broswer.
make sure you are in expert mode.
go to Wifi tab
go to MAC Filtering
Add all known devices to the MAC Filtering list
Click "Allow" at the top
now wait a min and go back and look at your blocked list on your app - no blocked ..
I hope this helps
