Hello any help on why my home broadband won’t connect to my WiFi cctv camera ?

Presuming that you have the VF router THG3000. Are your CCTV devices on 2.4GHz or 5GHz band? If they are on 2.4GHz it could be that the router has decided to use channel 12 or 13 and your devices cannot "see" that channel. Channel selection has been automated which has caused issues for others.

You can connect security cameras to the guest network as this is channel 64. Not sure why they don’t seem to work on channel 12 on the main network but I’ve set up both Wansview and iegeek cams on the guest channel and it works perfect.   Make sure the guest network has no time limits set.
