All games are laggy so I found a solution through Youtube that requires to change the QOS settings I couldn't find it when logged in to the router so i searched in google but the setting is not there when i followed the steps in the expert mode. Boosting the laptop through the app doesn't help either😕 any suggestions?

The THG3000 doesn't have any QOS settings. Personally I think they were helpful in the days of ADSL and slow internet speeds, but so much now. I would have thought ping times were more important. What does speedtest.net say?
If you are using Wi-Fi, could you try wired?

Often when playing PC games on a laptop it's the laptop that's the issue. Even if you have a great processor, the video and network can be less than stellar! Fixing poor video is near impossible on a laptop, but poor local networking, can be as easy as switching to a USB network adapter!
You can try testing for "buffer bloat" (latency under load) as a means to find out if it's truly your network that's the problem. See:

See how you get on with those, and get back to us!
