WiFi / Internet dropping out durring rainfall!

We have had Vodafone broadband for almost two years and from the very beginning have experienced problems with the internet during periods of rainfall. Every time it rains our internet drops out and does not restart until the rain has stopped. As I am sure you can imagine living in the UK this is extremely inconvenient. Please can you offer some guidance or assistance on how to rectify the issue?

It sounds like water is getting into the line.

How does the telephone line come to your home? If it's overhead, check that the junction box cover is secure where the line meets the house.

But really it's an Openreach problem so report it to Vodafone.
