I recently upgraded my Vodafone broadband router and package to Superfast 2 and the wifi constantly keeps dropping out, pages only half load, devices sometimes fail to connect and streaming services constantly buffer. My previous router and package was with Vodafone was supposed to be inferiorm, but so far, this is appalling.
To add insult to injury, the live chat agents are never available, I've been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes to speak to someone, and it took 4 attempts for this page to even load before I could post this message.
Vodafone, this is truly infuriating. How can an upgrade set me back to56k dialup!?

Mine seems ok this morning so I wonder if they did something. However I'm not going to give them any credit since they haven't replied to anything here saying that this is the case!

I tweeted them yesterday and they ignored me (they've replied to plenty of other people since then)

It's gone back to being rubbish again this evening, despite being fine during the day.

Sorry, I don't use either Twitter of Facebook. Surely it would be better for Vodafone to address these problems via their own site, rather than requiring people to go through 3rd party social media corporations to get customer service?
On the problems with the internet connection, it went away for 24-36 hours ( Saturday and Sunday morning basically) , but has now recurred as before. Websites not connecting, DNS errors, IP addresses not found etc.
Thanks for any help that anyone can give me on here.

The problem is worse than ever now. I'm writing this using mobile data because the internet has pretty much stopped working. What is going on Vodafone? Please sort this out asap.

I spoke to Vodafone about my issue however the only idea they had was a hard reset of the router, which I haven't done yet. There does appear to be vast connection issues for various people at the moment outside of the issue I'd experienced, as currently everything is slow or unresponsive.

What on earth is going on vodafone, the service in the evening is virtually unusable .
This across all 7 devices so i very much doubt it is my technology.
Internet speed is 35meg during the day and fine but mid evening web pages load like dial up.
When running a speedtest , the app takes forever to locate a server, then it reports at 35 meg which is ridiculous.
When using opera browser and a vpn it is fine.
Raised official complaint again , oh how i wish i had stayed with my previous isp.
