Home broadband dropping out

Hi,
Moved houses recently and got Vodaphone Super 2 set up for my home broadband. Since it was installed I noticed that connection is dropping out from time to time. Especially during video calls like Skype. What is more strange that during video call other participants cant hear me, while I still can. Connection is dropped, cant browse pages, but i still can hear people thru Skype till it comes back?? Anyone have any idea?

First thing I would try is swap the DNS settings in the router to one of the below . 

Cisco OpenDNS: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220;

Cloudflare 1.1.1.1: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1;

Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4; and

Quad9: 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112

And split the WiFi so you have 2g and 5g
