transferring from virgin media broadband

I everyone im new here!

I wonder if you are aware of the process of switching from virgin media online to vodaphone.

Is it a case of signing up via a broadband deal provider and they will do the rest or do I have to contact virgin also, please?

I thought they sold all those customers off many years ago. (possibly to TalkTalk)
