Hi. I have just purchased a Gigacube for an area with pro reception but my Smart TV won't find it. Is there a problem with using a TV with it?

Hi @jonptaylor - thanks for messaging us for advice. Please make sure your TV's network settings are turned on and that there aren't any error messages. You could also test resetting the network settings on your TV and then restarting the TV once you've done this.

Hi. I have spent all morning going from Samsung help to Vodaphone help. Samsung stay the TV need 2.4ghx, Vodaphone say that the Gigacube automatically gives tiger signal in 2.4 and 5. There must be a simple answer to al this!!
