On CityFibre 900 and speeds are near unusable. Switched to the mobile dongle and they were even worse.
What is going on?

Spoke to someone from the "Xpert Team" earlier today. Was the most generic conversation.
I explained how the issues are still the same, I was told to do a speedtest tonight, asked about my connection being routed to Manchester, they had to idea what i was talking about, was also told "Cityfibre fixed the fault from my previous ticket, whixh is why it was closed", i was never told anything about this, and nothing was fixed as I kept updating the ticket multiple times to say the issues haven't been sorted until the ticket was randomly closed. So i do the speedtest tonight, which is still under the Minniumum Guarenteed Speeds. I log on to update the ticket and the message the advisor added said " Following amendments that were made during our conversation, we trust that your issue has now been resolved. "
No ammendments were made nor has the issues been resolved. The ticket now says it will close soon and keeps giving me an error when I try to add a message to it.
Seriously what is actually wrong with this company, absolutely disgraceful service.
I'm now stuck and have no idea what to do, the issues haven't been solved. It won't let me add a message to the ticket and it's away to close. I'm now at the point I want to end the contact and without exit fees as its been since August when I started the contract, I've had issues, and the absolutley terrible service and communication from Vodafone.

Just tried to add an update to this thread which was removed, so I'm having to type this all out again.
I spoke to someone from the "Xpert Team" earlier today and it was the most generic conversation. Made me do a speedtest and use the vodafone provider router, requested I do another speedtest tonight which I did earlier and that was still well below the Minniumum Guarenteed Speeds. Told me cityfibre fixed the fault from my last ticket, I was never told this at the time and there definitely wasn't any "fault fixed" as I kept updating the ticket with the same issues and them becoming worse and worse with how bad the Packet loss was getting. The ticket then was randomly closed.
I've then gone on to the ticket earlier to update it, wrote a long message out only to get an error when trying to add it. The ticket said that it will close soon and the adviser put the following message on there after our call which said " Following amendments that were made during our conversation, we trust that your issue has now been resolved. "
No ammendments were made, the issues were definitely not resolved.
I'm now at the point I want to end the contract and leave without exit fees, but I really don't know what to do here. The service and communication has been absolutely awful and very unprofessional and just completely unacceptable.
I've managed to put on the ticket the issues haven't been resolved so hopefully it doesn't get closed but does anyone know how long it takes for a deadlock to be issued? The last ticket started in August but then of course was randomly closed, without any communication for weeks before it was closed.
I've asked them to kindly waive the exit fees or to issue a deadlock as we're now at that stage. But I'm thinking of going to ofcom now with all the screenshots of speedtests, lack of communication and the ticket closing without communication and with the issues not resolved but I don't know if they can get me out the contract without a deadlock. So does anyone have any ideas how to get out the contract as soon as without exit fees? Would like to move to a different provider as soon as I can.

(This is the third time I'm typing this out as my messages keep getting removed for some reason)

(I've removed multiple parts of this message as they keep getting removed)

Three times I've tried to put a long message on this thread. Seems like I've been blacklisted or the message is too long, I really don't know.

No Sir, not since 2nd October. Sometimes when you try to post a reply it complaints about some finding invalid HTML code or something, and you have to press it again to post.

I've written 3 separate messages and tried 5-6 times to post them, they stay for maybe 10 seconds, I'll refresh once and its still there, refresh again and it's gone.
The messages were all quite long so I'm not sure if that's why but i find it very strange they keep getting removed.

Did you include any personal info, or any links that could be considered suspect?
They may have been removed by the automatic filter and awaiting moderation.

Nah, there wasn't any links or any personal info.
Was about the call I had earlier with support, the issues I'm having trying to update my ticket, them claiming it's been resolved when it hasn't as the same issues are still happening and me asking about for advice about a deadlock & ofcom.

They claim it's been resolved? Haha! You can see the state of the ticket on your portal, can't you keep saying "my broadband still isn't working" and it keeps the ticket open?
