Backup for Grandstream HT801

Has anyone managed to create a backup of the settings for their HT801 ATA?      I have tried this several times without success as the resulting XML file just contains an error.

@MACH1 If that message coming from the HT801 or when you try to open the file with something like Notepad or Notepad++ ?

@MACH1  Sorry if you already know, but the XML output is encrypted. See p37 of the admin guide.
