Im paying for pro fibre 2, 900mbps.... have never achieved this for a whole month so far logged many many many calls to wifi xperts... cant find a solution sent out new router still the same problem?? Has the router been set too 100mbps max??? Can i change this myself ???

Sounds like a bad ethernet cable either between the ONT and the router, or between the router and the machine you're testing from.
Log in to the router's GUI and look look the status is for the WAN port.
