I switched to Openreach based Fibre 900 2 days ago coming from another Openreach based providers 500Mbps service, since then the speed has actually got worse. I am not getting the minimum 450 most of the time and Vodafone support seem to be stuck to a script where they ask for remote access to the computer to basically prove you're telling the truth as far as I can tell. I understand there is a minimum speed but its a fibre based service so should be a lot closer to the 900 than the 450 and sometimes I'm lucky to be getting that. This has all been tested on a wired connection both with the Vodafone router and my own.
Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this looked into at Vodafone/Openreach?
