Download speed up to 100MB on 100MB package, however only getting around 18MB upload speed. I rang up 2nd Line and asked why my upload speed was less than 20% of my download speed, was told that this is an acceptable speed and they cannot guarantee any upload speed. Has anybody experience with Vodafone of raising an issue with upload speed and getting any resolution?

Funny that this sales illustration has a symeterical up/down speed for the Full Fibre 100 offer. That 3.5GB download in 5mins is the same bitrate as the 5GB upload figure.

Thanks for letting us know what has been said by the team @tweak14 I am sorry that you have not been given a resolution. As Social Media deal primarily with broadband lines from Openreach It may be best to speak to the Broadband team directly on 08080 034 515 as your upload speeds should be higher if you are on City Fibre lines.
