Massive drop in speed

Joined vodafone from bt on the 16th on jan, everything was fine untill about a week ago. My speed has gone shocking, from 60mbps+ download to 13mbps. If I run a vpn the speed returns to normal. I have used the chat options and spoken to support for about 3 hours and they just keep you hoing round in circles and i don't think they have a clue. What's going on here? I've included screenshots of tests done with and without a vpn.

@Joe1234567890 it looks like the tests were done on a mobile phone. It could even be possible that the test routed over 4G.

Please repeat the tests from a computer wired to the router and show which remote server was hosting the test.
