Hi all I've been told today by Vodafone customer service broadband team that my minimum speed guarantee is only valid if a device is connected via a Ethernet cable! Is this true?

Have you tried running the Vodafone broadband checker? If that finds a problem it should book a call automatically.

Yep 3 times over last week it said there are no broadband issues in my area! Open reach were sent out by them to check their equipment two came out and found exactly the same issues as me! They said I was getting 1 gbps to the house and the problem is Vodafone's.. and would send the report to them! Vodafone have had their report for 4 days now!
