Just had an upgrade from 200mb to 500mb and download is excellent as it was before but upload seems way too low, should be around 68Mb.. so why would the upload be so slow as the connection to my house is excellent

The Hub came today and got it up and running in a few minutes,  upload speed is even higher than listed at around 71 Mbps sp so far so good,  Wifi in the room with the hub is also full speed up & down

Your picture hasn't been moderated yet, but it sounds like the Power Hub (I assume that is what you got) is an improvement on the old THG3000, but as that is about a 7 year old design it really should be.

yes, the white power hub, I can't make it recognise my printer in the same room yet but still fiddling with settings

You may need to set the Hub to compatibility mode (I think it's called) to get the printer working.

All is well with the broadband but today we discovered that our landline is not receiving calls, we can call out but ringing our number via a mobile does not work. The router phone light is on and the dial tone is normal so something is wrong somewhere.

@capnbirdseye

Two possible scenarios, first is it that the phone is simply not ringing, have you tried just picking up the call? What happens on the mobile?

The second, and most likely, is that Vodafone haven't set it up at their end correctly. You will need to contact them.

The call doesn't connect at all to any of the 3 phones in the house,  the phones also have a red light that flashes when it normally rings.

voip landline phone worked normally for months, only since fitting the new Router has it gone wrong

Unfortunately it looks like they haven't fully provisioned the new router, you will need to contact them.

You could try live chat: https://vodafone.uk/4cSq9ty

We have discovered that our phone now has a different number,  😮 we live in Worc's but our phone now has an area code for Reading in Berkshire, we rang up Vodaphone and got through fast but they we not able to help but said we would get a call on Monday re fixing it.  I tried a reset on the router but no good, and now I'm locked out of the hub as I botched putting in the original router password, not 5 times as it claims they lock your account though

We have wifi working using the wifi password but still need to access the hub

Can't help with the phone number, but if you factory reset the router, it will allow you to log in again.
