How hard is it to get things right upgraded my broadband package in September that stated In the contract that I would get anytime calls at no extra cost yet I'm being charged £8 a month for them even in my account it states anytime calls are inclusive . Have made a formal complaint but not got any response thinking about leaving as Vodafone have breached the contract
Hi @Charlotte1904. It's disappointing to hear that you've experienced an issue with your account billing. We completely understand how alarming it must of been to see that you were charged for home phone features, especially when it was stated otherwise in your contract summary. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone.
Nonetheless, I'm glad to hear that the issue has now been resolved.
