Help transfering number from Virgin Media

Hello All,

Can someone assist me with transfering my old landline number from Virgin Media to Vodafone? 

I tried calling last week and I was told that this wouldn't be an issue, and that they would sort it out. And today I am now told that my number couldn't be transferred as I can't provide a PAC code (something that Virgin doesn't use as they don't use BT lines)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Nxttm, sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting your number ported over.

We can't guarantee that you'll be able to keep your number as advised in our Ts&Cs here. We're usually unable to port in a number from Virgin Media, especially is this has already been disconnected.
