Our Landline stopped working on Sunday. And therefore Broadband became non functional. I have lodged complaints with OpenReach and they advised me to inform Vodafone which I did. I got a special reference number and a phone number to call (08080 057 320). I have spent three hours for each of the last 4 days listening to the music which they play when the line is on hold. No response. The online chat with Vodafone yielded no results. With broadband down lot of our work has come to standstill as we are working from home and kids are doing their school work. My mother who requires a constant vigil has equipment linked to broadband. Lot of distress and no solution. Please help.
