We have just recently got Vodafone Gigafast installed and kept our landline number, however our landline is not receiving calls from my mobile but is receiving calls from both my parents mobiles and other people that have called the number. All three of us are in different mobile providers so unsure what the issue could be. Has anyone experienced this before or know how to sort it?

Do you know what date your landline number transferred over on? It could be that it's still in the process of moving over, which can cause intermittent service.
Unfortunately, we don't have access to Gigafast accounts, so to check this I would advise speaking to our dedicated Gigafast team on 0808 040 8408

It very well could be, sometimes it takes a few days for a landline to transfer 👍 No worries @Philip_Mair, you know where we are if you have any other queries!

And sometimes it never resolves itself. I
GifGaf EE fine from day 1.
iD/THREE never since February.
Also not from TalkTalk since February
Has your issue been sorted now and if so do you know how?

Yes it’s working fine now, didn’t change anything but after a few days it was receiving calls from my mobile so must have just been a case of waiting for everything to port over

I assume you are using VOIP so the migration will actually be different from mine.
Thanks for the reply. Now I am wondering if my old provider have been told I have moved to VOIP and are routing to where they have been told I am. But that is really far fetched.
