I have an issue with my landline phone and broadband and have attempted to report it to Vodafone through various methods with no success. So I am hoping someone from the Tech team will see this.
My broadband is on Super Fast 2 and I have been getting between 65-68mbps.
2 days ago my landline phone rang. On answering all I heard was a very loud crackling. To check the phone I then called my landline number from my mobile. Again very loud crackling and nothing heard on my mobile.
I have also tried to dialing out on the landline phone but same issue. I have used a different phone to try and eliminate possible issues.
Whilst I have been checking the obvious like cables, sockets, etc I thought I should check my broadband speed.
On doing this test it was reported that my speed is 19mbps when I should be getting 65mbps. So I am guessing that these 2 issues are connected to the same problem.

Hey there @Fenders - Hmm, that doesn't sound right!
