My landline dials out but “ the number has not been recognised” is repeated over the conversation for the first few minutes making it impossible to use. I have been onto the tech team for three weeks (since we moved to Vodafone) but they say the line is fine and nothing they can do. What can I do to fix it please. When anyone dials in they get a continuous dial tone over the conversation.

I donot know. It’s fibre that’s all I know.

I looked up the meaning of FTTP and FTTC. It’s FTTP we have.
