New to Vodafone. Unable to receive BT & EE calls

Hi, I've recently transferred ISP from TalkTalk to Vodafone.

As part of the process, I requested to keep my VOIP landline number.

On the activation date, my broadband transferred without issue. I am able to make outgoing calls but have been unable to receive incoming calls for the past week. I've raised this issue with Vodafone a few times in the last week and today, it appeared they had resolved my issue. However, when someone attempts to call me from a BT landline, they get three bleeps and the line disconnects . Same from an EE mobile, three bleeps and disconnects. Calls from O2 and Vodafone (presumably) seem to be ok.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, has it been resolved?

Hi @Randomfifty4 It's disappointing to hear that this issue has resurfaced, I can only imagine how frustrating this must be. You would need to raise a complaint with the Social Media team here and request to leave free of charge as a resolution. This can then be escalated to the Customer Relations team who will be able to make that decision.

Or you could raise a complaint direct to the complaints team.

I'd much rather talk to someone. Conversations on the BOT take forever. Last time I had a live chat online I was there for over 1.5hrs!!

And I've already raised a complaint but nobody ever replies to me!!

The BOT (Tobi) and the social media team are completely different. (But equally as useless)

I've always found live chat to be pretty efficient, this link bypasses the BOT.

Thanks for the link but that just gives me the buffering circle of death?

Use a different browser or try an incognito/private tab.

Thanks but I'm eventually on live chat now.....

So I've just come off live chat after almost three hours and it seems that nobody other than the complaints team can end the agreement and they have 35 days from when the complaint was raised to investigate and agree to the outcome I have requested. What an absolute disgrace!

Wish I'd never entered into this contract with Vodafone and feel as though I've been duped!

How do I actually speak to someone with seniority at Vodafone? Is this possible? I'm sick and tired of trying to resolve this issue via online chat...... Every time I try to resolve it via chat, I get passed around various departments and have to constantly repeat myself to every person I message. I must have wasted well over a full day on chat and still no resolution in sight........  Can someone please help!!
