Hi, I've recently transferred ISP from TalkTalk to Vodafone.
As part of the process, I requested to keep my VOIP landline number.
On the activation date, my broadband transferred without issue. I am able to make outgoing calls but have been unable to receive incoming calls for the past week. I've raised this issue with Vodafone a few times in the last week and today, it appeared they had resolved my issue. However, when someone attempts to call me from a BT landline, they get three bleeps and the line disconnects . Same from an EE mobile, three bleeps and disconnects. Calls from O2 and Vodafone (presumably) seem to be ok.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, has it been resolved?

I transferred from plusnet but I had the advantage that my copper line was still active and the missing calls came in on that.

Hi twok, your issue sounds very similar to mine.
Unfortunately Vodafone have been unable to resolve my issue and advised me that the best course of action would be to go with another provider and have agreed to waive any early termination fees to enable me to do so.
I therefore initiated a switch to another provider. However, the switch initially failed because I requested to keep my landline number but because Vodafone have screwed it up, that is no longer possible.
I have resigned myself to the fact that I will have to change my telephone number and all the hassle that goes with it.
I am angry with Vodafone and wish I'd never switched to them in the first place! They have screwed up my landline telephone number to the point where it is no longer usable or even transferrable.
I will never use Vodafone again and will advise anyone who asks me to stay well away.

Hope you manage to get your issue sorted quicker and easier than I could manage....
The annoying thing is I know it can be fixed but Vodafone's technical team seem to be a law unto themselves and can't be influenced by other Vodafone departments.... Or at least that's my understanding....
