I upgraded from a 200MB deal to a 500MB deal back in January. This meant the THG3000 router was replaced by a new E6 unit. Upgrade went OK with nothing untoward and speed test showed good. Made calls out without issue - however I now realise incoming calls are non existant. Last incoming call that worked was 2nd Jan - as shown by my caller display! People are contacting me on my mobile. I've just found out that incoming calls are disconnecting before they ring my land line phone. If I reinstal the THG3000 router then all is OK (outgoing, & incoming calls work). I put the E6 router back and no incoming calls. E6 router has been reset with no change. Anybody else experienced similar? How long does it take most people to realise no one is calling them anymore:)
