Hi
I’ve an alarm panel that uses the PSTN to push SMS using the free Voda service. Has this service in the U.K. been switched off? I detect the 50V from the exchange.

I don't know of any free Vodafone SMS service over PSTN. Actually I don't know if you can send SMS's over Vodafone PSTN at all. Have you more information.

The panel has a number programmed in, that ‘messages’ the exchange and an SMS is sent to the mobile numbers programmed into the panel. O2 switched theirs off apparently but up until 2 weeks ago it worked.
