Sky / Vodafone not communicating

We have been having major problems with some Vodafone calls no being able to call my Sky Home Phone either cannot  get though or able to hear us if they do ? This is frustrating for both me and Vodafone. I just wonder if the problem is with the Basingstoke switching off 3G  and incorrect porting. I have been in touch with Sky who have been unable to fix the problem, seems to be a Vodafone one. Could someone look at this as a  on going problem that real.

Hi @Edgar1st Thanks for posting to our forum. Switching off 3G wouldn't really have any impact on this but it certainly sounds like it could be a landline porting issue. I appreciate you've already been in touch with your ISP but you'll need give them another shout so that their team can investigate further.
