I don't have a phone plugged into my landline, only a Vodafone router . In the past 2 months I have noticed 2 charges on my account for a speaking clock call. Can someone advise why?

@sclark96, It’s well known that when OpenReach engineers are doing line tests, they often dial the speaking clock, instead of using their own test number. This results in the unsuspecting customer (you in this case) getting charged. You need to take this up with Vodafone using their social media channels to get the charges removed, and a complaint issued To OpenReach.
