I have a Panasonic KX-TGD320E Landline that used to be connected to my old Virginmedia router and worked perfectly fine.
Now that I have changed providers I cannot get the above phone to work on VF THG3000 wifi hub.. I'm without a landline now that Virginmedia has disconnected me. VF supplied me with this adapter https://tinyurl.com/2p9nd66v ,however with or without the adapter there is still no line connection, simply does not work. I've seen this https://tinyurl.com/3b39wjws on Amazon and wonder if this would cure my problem.
Connection to router is currently from phone base to green port TEL1, have tried TEL 2 but no joy.
I'm waiting on VF 2nd Tech Team to get in touch but when I don't know.
Alternatively I could maybe buy a voip enabled phone but they look heck of a bit expensive. any tips are appreciated.

Yes, Vodafone need to enable the phone service. It should have been done automatically, but sometimes isn't.
Call them on 08080 034 515 or use live chat https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/.
There is probably no one there now, try tomorrow.

As voip devices can't be used for Vodafone Digital Voice with the Vodafone router, I'd hold off with that purchase.
Is the phone LED lit (white) on the router? If not then Digital Voice hasn't been provisioned and there's no line to connect to.

My cheap £2.49 RJ11 adapter from works fine with with all my DECT and base phones no problem with all their ringers working also. But to call it digital voice is rather mis leading when there is no compatible phone available to give this digital voice ie FM quality BT advertise. Their DECT phone isn't compatible apparently

The first link you provided is a DSL filter, no use to connect a phone to your router.
You need what Vodafone call a "VoIP adapter", if they didn't supply one contact them and ask for one.

@fiberfan Glad to hear you have the phone working.

Thanks for the replies folks, Jayach, the second link in my 1st post, is this what I need?
The filter & adapter supplied did not work, I tried the the adapter thar was on my virginmedia router, that didnt work with on VF wifi hub.
I was in the VF web router page, I spotted a entry somewhere saying Phone disabled or similar wording, I can remember where I see it though.

No. that is an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter), there is already one built into the router.
You haven't said if the phone LED is on? If it isn't Vodafone have not correctly provisioned the service, call them or use live chat. https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/

Yes the white phone LED should be showing regardless if a phone is connected or not. You need to get onto vodafone asap.
