Hi @hakanaziz I had the same problem. Contact them either by phone or live chat and request one. They sent one by post to me.

Dealing with Vodafone's customer services can be very stressful. If it's too much to deal with just get one from amazon.

Ripshod, Tell me about it.... Contacted Customer services over 3 times (In fact the complaints department after the first failed order for the adapter) 3 orders for the adapter later I still don't have one. The first order was supposed to be sent by Royal Mail but got mysteriously cancelled. For the 2nd and 3rd orders the email I received said they were sent by DPD but there was no DPD email received and no tracking number as there was with the original order for the router package. Complaints department is contacting me again tomorrow. My only guess is that maybe the 2nd and 3rd order were not sent via DPD as per the Vodafone emails received and perhaps were sent via Royal Mail. I haven't seen my postie since Wednesday 6th March.
Anyway, I will order from Amazon if not received next week.
